Database Manager can be used to maintain SQL databases and load reports from an existing database. You can also add report files to the database later. The option to "insert report files to database" is available in the Operations menu, where you can choose to add individual report files or entire folders.
When viewing reports collected from a given PC, a label saying "(outdated)" may appear next to the computer name, indicating a more recent report is available. You can hide outdated reports by deselecting "Show outdated reports" in the View menu.
Database Manager can be configured in the Preferences menu, where you can customize the layout by choosing to display or hide the grid lines.
You can export selected reports to a CSV file or open them as an HTML file. If outdated reports are no longer needed, you can delete them, along with any selected report. You can also change a report's status from unfinished to finished by clicking "Set Complete field to yes." However, keep in mind that Change Manager uses outdated reports to detect changes.
