How does the license work
All of our software packages, along with their user manuals and related documentation, are provided under license by FinalWire Ltd. It is essential to comprehend that our software is not sold, but rather, FinalWire grants you the right to utilize our products through a product license and a license agreement established between you and FinalWire.
Upon purchasing a product license, you will receive a product key that grants you unrestricted access to the complete functionality of the product. By doing so, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in the license agreement, thus becoming the official licensee of the licensed software.
The License Agreement in full is displayed during the software installation process, and can be consulted at any time after the installation or unpacking in the AIDA64 folder (license.txt).
Support and maintenance
When you buy a license, you get free technical support, upgrades, and updates for one year (12 months). You can extend the maintenance period for another year, giving you a total of 2 years of coverage. You can renew the maintenance period at a 30% discount to keep getting these benefits. Even after the maintenance period ends, the latest version of the software released during active maintenance period, will still work fully. We offer support through email, the AIDA64 Discussion Forum, and our website.
We don't offer phone or live chat support to focus on providing high-quality help through these channels.
AIDA64 editions
We offer a range of our products to cater to different needs:
- AIDA64 Extreme edition: For home use only. One user can install it on up to 3 computers. Business use is not allowed.
- AIDA64 Network Audit and AIDA64 Business edition: For businesses and institutions. Use it on a specific number of PCs within your local network, limited to company-owned computers.
- AIDA64 Engineer edition: For businesses. A corporate engineer or IT technician can install it on unlimited company computers and offer services to clients as a freelancer.
These options provide flexibility for individual users, businesses, and freelancers.

Trial versions
Try our products with a free 30-day trial. We recommend testing them thoroughly before buying. You can download trial versions of AIDA64 Extreme, AIDA64 Engineer, AIDA64 Business and AIDA64 Network Audit editions from our website.
For a full evaluation of AIDA64 Network Audit and AIDA64 Business, request a free test license. This gives you full access for 30 days. Once the trial ends, the software will stop working, and you'll need a license to keep using it.
To switch from the trial to a full license, simply enter the product key you get when you buy one. No reinstallation is required to activate the product.

Activating the trial version
Enter the product key provided in your license email received shortly after purchase to activate the full version. No reinstallation needed.
Lost product key
If you lose your product key, contact us through the Lost license key form. Include your company name (if applicable), full name, email address, purchased product, and approximate purchase date. Back up your key by printing the license email for future reference.
Renewing maintenance period
Renew your maintenance period for continued software updates and technical support at a discounted rate (save 30% compared to a new license - automatically applies in the online store).
Simply click on "Renew" in the online store and enter your product key. After a successful purchase, you'll receive a new product key to activate the renewal in your software.
Eligible licenses:
- Purchased legally from our store or another authorized resource.
- Has expired or expiring within 180 days.
- Not previously used for renewal.
Modifying your product license
Update your license with more seats or technicians (depending on the product type) as long as your maintenance period has over 3 months left. Pay only a prorated amount based on your remaining maintenance. Go to "Purchase" on AIDA64.co.uk, click "Renew" or "Upgrade license," and enter the new key.
Converting your product license
Switch from AIDA64 Network Audit to Business licenses easily. Go to "Purchase" on AIDA64.co.uk, click "Renew" or "Upgrade license," choose the new product, and our store will calculate the price difference.
Transferring a product license
The license is transferable by notifying our Sales Team. Provide your name, email, address, product key, and the buyer's details.
The maintenance period continues for the new owner.
